Rhoa where are you ?

Hello there,

I have completed the entire campaign on PC, but the Rhoa Mount skill never appears in my character’s Skills menu.

Details:

Platform: PC
Campaign: Fully completed
Spirit: 100 unreserved Spirit available
Skills menu checked: Skills → Spirit Skills
No filters active (none visible on PC)
Tried changing zones, relogging, restarting the game
Removed all other Spirit skills
Tested in outdoor areas

Result:

Rhoa Mount does not appear at all, not even greyed out
The skill seems to never be granted to the character

Expected result:

Rhoa Mount should appear in Spirit Skills after campaign completion.
This appears to be a character-specific bug, not a Spirit or UI issue.
