Increased Skill Effect Duration NOT WORKING on "Lunar Blessing" or "Savage Fury"

As the title says: whenever I configure a weapon swap with all the nodes on %Increased Skill Effect Duration does not affect at all to "Lunar Blessing" or "Savage Fury". I dont know if this is intended or happen to any other rage skill efect skill.
All I know is that the weapon swap inc skill effect affects other non-rage spells like "Artic Howl" or any other warcry.
Do you guys find the same problem?

Lunar Blessing sometimes just doesn't call down moonbeams for me. Theres still lost of little bugs. They just fixed Walking Calamity so hopefully this is patched soon too.

Yep, same been happening to me recently, since I placed the Freeze Mark on the "Pounce" gem, it wont longer spawn wolfs, so wont longer shoot beams since beams are intended to be shotted by the wolfs spawned by Pounce.
