Scavenged Plating w/ new transformations

Was playing with scavenged plating and the plates that normally form around your character become the floating outline of a person that starts performing basic animations, saw this while playing with bear form probably the same for the rest of the transformations. Might be something worth fixing later for game polish by either removing the effect while transformed or creating new effect assets for each transformation (but i can see that taking while). Haven't been able to check any other similar effects yet since I'm a bit slow on pace.
