Vaal Temple Rooms (you removed the only good doors)

Removing the intermediary doors between rooms that weren't technically connected just ruins the minimal amount of fun the temple was bringing. The rewards are already so low that now unless your temple is setup very very well it is never worth running. (add the small rooms/not rooms back to connect rooms)
