Invulnerable Scorpion in Vaal Temple

I've come across Elite Legion rooms twice now where there is a giant scorpion which is invulnerable and does not attack. As the room locks when you enter and cannot kill the scorpion it soft locks the player/temple.

In some instances the scorpion will attack or move for a brief while but ultimately becomes invuln.

Same issue here. I did complete the room once before with the scorpion dead but the body / resting animation still active & alive.

But now after clearing the room the scorpion appears to be there and will sometimes come towards me like it will attack but do nothing.

Unfortunately this room is blocking any further progression / completion of this temple run. :(
