Splinter Totem + Overabundance

The Limit of the Splinter Totem support does not seem to be affected by the increased limit afforded through Overabundance despite clearly having the keyword "Limit" in both gems. I am wondering if this is a bug or a feature.

Keyword "Limit" has been replaced with "up to a maximum" on the Splinter Totem support. RIP
