Scorpion Boss from Temple Map - Elite Legion room tier III wont spawn. Blocking me in that room.

The mechanic of this league itself is already tedious as fuck, not even mentioning being able to upgrade a single room to tier III, but now I have to leave the temple undone somehow cause i'm blocked in the room, not being able to TP out after the last patch....
