MAPS FAILING AFTER EXITING THE VAAL TEMPLE STRAIGHT TO HIDE OUT

I was on a corrupted map the one that cleanse the whole area, it happens that it was MY LAST TEMPLE SHARD TO OPEN THE TEMPLE OF VAAL, i enter the temple cleared the entire thing without dying teleported back to my hideout and the map automatically close and now its showing as a fail map, i had 4 try's on the map i did not die once in the map, did not die once in the temple but some how the map has failed now my whole area is going to stay corrupted because????????........... that's not fair to me..............

Same issue with the temple eating maps. Cleared the entire temple on two different maps and afterwards the portal back to the map is gone and shows a fail for the map. No deaths. Was not doing this before the 0.4B patch.

This also just happened to me. Was doing a unique mansion map and the vaal temple portal popped up. So like with every map before this, I jumped in and completed it without a single death. Only to find that the portal back to the map was missing and heading to my hideout showed the map was closed. Looking at the atlas shows the node as map failed.
