PoE2 causes video card voltage and memory problems

While playing games, I experience frequent voltage spikes on my video card and excessive memory usage, which causes my video card to automatically disconnect, leaving the screens disabled and black. This causes system conflicts, requiring a forced restart. My system specifications are attached.
