Unable to open Expedition Logbooks from Dannig when using a controller.

Unable to open Expedition Logbooks from Dannig when using a gamepad / controller. Switching to Keyboard and Mouse allows the portals to open properly. Tried both pressing the Right Bumper (RB) and pressing (A) on the Open Portal button.
