Poe2 Xbox atziri Temple issues

After patch 4b going to temple closes the portal of the place you came from. Additionally before patch it was possible to portal out of the temple to the temples entrance from non boss rooms, after patch trying to portal prompts the message portaling is disabled and no portal opens.

Losing progress in the area you find the entrace to the temple in is a massive pain the butt. Second time its happened so Im taking a break for the day.
