i can't load to the game in vulkan and dx12

in 0.1 0.2 0.3 i can play in vulkan and dx12 normal but in 0.4 i can't enter the game is stuck in loading screen inf loadtime i hear the sound stuck on loading screen like normal but game don't let me go in
