Slow loading and invisible mobs/attacks

I've been experiencing a ton of annoying issues with this new season, but there are especially content loading that grinds my gear.

Mainly, it's been that the loading screen usually takes about 20-60 seconds. That might make you think that the game loads all the content into the area, however, this is not the case. About half of the time most mobs are invisible and I can only spot them because I'm running Blasphemy with Temporal Chains and see the small icon displayed above their character on proc.

Even more annoying are the boss fights where some of the boss' attacks, like ground effects, are not visible. Died like 18 times to the last boss in act 4 because I couldn't see half of the things that I would take damage from.

What's up with this? Spent about 300 hours on the game before this season and never had any issues like these, so it's most likely not hardware related. Anyone else experiencing the same issues?

Example. Boss didn't fully load, only his weapons. Half of his attacks didn't load either so most of the fight was just guessing.
