Game has too many chore/frustrating moments

As title - here is an example: the stronghold map boss has many oneshots and takes ages to kill. Does GGG consider that part of the vision to have a boss like that on a travel map which you dont want/choose to play in the first place? When you have an atlas design where you cant choose layouts, maps etc. throwing in extra friction in the form of deadly and long bossfights is completely killing the grinding vibe for me. I am having so man moments where i feel frustrated and want to quit and this does not happen when I grind POE 1, even though i die there as well.
I think part of it is that in POE 2 you have so much less choice and especially less choice for the challenge you want to take on (example the stronghold boss as a random super hard encounter which you need to do to travel somewhere you actually want to go). Is this part of the vision? Am I just not the target audience for this game? Id really love to grind this game a lot but it just feels so frustrating so often. Anyone else having this feeling?
