Character Hard stuck in loading screen for 3 days now!!

Hi

I have a druid character in the latest League that just released.
Its stuck in a loading screen in act 4 to an island after i went there with the boat and that was now 3 days ago.

I contacted the support but they were unable to help me and wanted me to post my issue here instead. I have tried even what the support told me and try to log into my character with the town option, but not even that works.

(In short my character is Hard stuck in that loading screen and i cant recover it) - Pls pls add an option so i can unstuck a character without the need to contacting support, it would save both you guys and me some time.

Ive tried solutions online that other people had said worked for them, but none of them worked for me and my character is hard stuck in loading screen after choosing to take the boat to the island called Whakapanu island.

I also wonder if im not going to just get stuck in loading screen again going there after i get some help with this issue? Cause for my main story quest i sadly need to go there and im not feeling like getting this bug again.

I played the game before this recent league came out for about 130 hours and i have never had any issues with the game before and i have a really decent pc, so that shouldnt be the issue i feel like.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!.
