Some game settings are not working

I’ve noticed that some of my game settings are not taking effect, and I’m certain they have been broken for at least two seasons. Currently, there are two settings that are not working as intended:

Graphics – Dynamic Resolution
I have not enabled this option, but during complex combat situations—especially when there are large numbers of monsters on screen—the image becomes slightly pixelated and blurry. Once the monsters are cleared, the image quality returns to normal.

Interface – Keep Sprinting While Moving
I have enabled this option, but it does not work. After I release the dodge/roll key, my character immediately stops sprinting instead of continuing to sprint as expected.
