Amanamu's Tithe Permanent Invulnerability

While not a true Bug, it is very easy to have permanent uptime on the Invulnerability Aura with Amanamu's Tithe.

Is that a clever use of intended Game Mechanic or Bug abuse?

I mainly wanted the Soul Siphon Buff, but do not want to risk 'Bug abusing' for that.
