Spell Damage per rage

I tried node 2% spell damage per rage > double the rage but with no rage effect > increased armor per rage, and combine with crown of eyes. None of this works. I have no increased armor per rage, no spell damage per rage, no attack damage from crown (spell dmg inc also applies to attack damage). Im in wyvern form but in human form it doesn't work too.
