Unable to open 20 slot inventory Playing a titan - xbox controller on pc

am unable to open or see extra inventory slots of titan at all when i login via controller.

Works fine when i login via mnk, I am able to open and close the inventory but logging out and coming back in via controller, I’m not able to see or open the smaller inventory

going to inventory and clicking on small chest icon on left does not do anything on controller on pc
