Reaper Invocation bugged (100% energy not procing)

Reaper invocation is not properly casting spells when reaching 100% energy. Doing jank such as reequiping it can reset the energy to 0, which builds up quickly; but when it reaches 100% it stays there and doesnt cast.

Tested with ball lightning and lightning warp. Both together and individually.
