Liberator Back Attachment Flashes Whole Town (Graphical Issue)

There is currently persistent graphical issue when having players in town with Liberator Back Attachment. The animation on the cosmetics is not rendering or animating correctly resulting in fast flashes across my whole screen till the player leaves. Its very annoying as it flashes on top of my inventory and merchant screens as well.

Renderer: Vulkan.
GPU: AMD RX 9070XT

Cannot test on DX12 as it crashes on swapping.
