Weapon Points Bug?

I am at 22 Weapon points. I just went back and redid 1) Oswin in Holten 2) the scorpion and worm in khari crossing 3) yeti in howling caves. I didn't get any books so I am assuming I did get the points the first time.

Everywhere I am reading the last 2 are from the hooded one in ACT4 town but when I speak to him all i see is travel to Oriath.

Is this a bug or is this human error? I may have to go retry every reward in the game.

Same issue here - im at 22 points, and did all quests in campaign.

I don't get why it so hard to GGG to add same command as in poe-1 /passives to saw what points/quests you're missing.

I did get Hinekora points.

I found what I was missing. Kabala in act2.
