Corrupted nexus bug

After failing first attempt to complete corrupted nexus it's not possible to achive points after completing this map successfuly (from secont try)

there is bug reproduction
1. corrupted nexus quest (6+ tier)
2. 6 tier waystone
3. make path to da boss
4. die 1 of attempts (2remain)
5. complete map by killing boss (from 2 attempt)

Fact: no quest points, quest not completed.
wanna see: quest completed cause map completed sucessfuly
