Corrupted Map Boss didn't spawn on Nexus for Atlas Completion

Just ran a corrupted nexus, my quest was asking for a T3+ waystone, mine was level 5 and met the 4mod criteria.

Defeated the map boss but the corrupted boss never spawned.

The area was cleared and 'cleansed'. I never got my atlas points.
