transferred a partial error

I've been getting this persisting issue.

If I try to reinstall, I get the same issue and cannot proceed to installing the game. I tried turning off the firewall, did not help. I tried using cloudflare WARP, did not help. I don't understand what the cause is so I cannot fix it.

I would give up, and come back hours later and all of the sudden it would proceed to download new patch/game as if nothing was wrong. Next day, try opening the game and the same problem occurs.

Either tell me to stop playing the game or tell me what is going on.

Connection Failure

Error: Transferred a partial file (transfer closed with 14335885 bytes remaining to read

Same problem since last patch. Until then, everything was working fine.

It stops at 14.51% exactly showing some other lower % numbers e.g., 2%, 12%, etc.

Many communities have been reporting this and turning off firewall, reinstallation does not help.

I make two copies of the same installation in two different drives such as same one in D: and another in E:. When this error happens, I copy the folder from one to another. Sometimes, this works but still whenever I exit from the game then re-launch the game, same problem happens at 14.51%.

I don't think this is a PC environmental issue. Rather looks like the launcher has some bugs in calculating the % then stops.

Also, ran PackCheck in admin mode and didn't help either.

Very annoying ... hard to believe why this is not fixed yet.
