Hailstorm rounds not interacting properly with Mirage Deadeye Ascendency node.

So my idea was to use freeze mark and hailstorm rounds with the mirage also shooting it as well for massive cold damage. The mirage actually uses the skill which is good and they shoot it how i thought they would but the problem is that the only way to proc it is to shoot something OTHER than hailstorm rounds which has all the tags needed to proc the mirage. I think this is a bug and im hoping its something that can be fixed but if not then i guess thats all she wrote.
