Bersek suddenly not working

I have changed nothing about my gear for a day or so and haven't made any changes today either, it has been working fine since I got home and started playing until just now. After finishing a map, dying once to the boss. I find that my Berserk skill now says "Not usable with current Weapon Set settings". I haven't used a single weapon set point for my skill tree. My talisman is fine right now, perfectly usable. All my gear meets requirements, all my stats meet the requirements. I don't have a secondary weapon (This might be the issue).
I provided a video of it right now, I cannot play my build with this bug as I have lost almost 35% of my dps from this.
