GGG Fix the Similacrum

Can someone explain to me why the F similacrum at tier 1 is so hard? Monsters are hitting for 50% of my HP, you just can't do it without playing OP build that one shots everything. How was this not patched?

Every other league mechanic at tier 1 is a joke, but this thing is just unplayable

Endgame changes are coming next league.
