Softlock – Quest NPC does not spawn or spawns under textures

Description:
There is a softlock issue that blocks story progression due to a required quest NPC not spawning correctly.

Affected Quest:
The Search — Objective: Find Tavakai
Location: Heart of the Tribe (Act 3)

Expected Result:
NPC Tavakai should spawn correctly in the Heart of the Tribe area and be accessible for interaction to progress the quest.

Actual Result:

NPC does not spawn at all or

NPC spawns under the terrain / inside textures and cannot be reached
As a result, the quest cannot be completed and the player is completely softlocked.

Steps to Reproduce:

Progress through Act 3 until reaching the quest The Search.

Enter the Heart of the Tribe area.

Observe that Tavakai is missing or unreachable.

Workarounds Tried:

Relogging

Re-entering the area

Restarting the game

None of these resolve the issue.

Additional Notes:
The issue appears to be consistently reproducible. Screenshots are attached showing the missing / unreachable NPC and blocked quest progression.
