cannot get splinters when using clear sky tablet

in the 0.3 patch, the splinters would be dropped everytime finishing a deli layer, but now we cant see the deli layer on the leftdown cornor, and only emotions drop when certain monsters killed.

Also no splinter drop when finishing the map
