on skills which have different elements - counting each element as separate. +4 to skills provide to one skill to +12 - like for invoker elemental exrpession on staff +4 gives +12 to skill.


there's nothing like that for melee nor bleed or physical. As physical is already favoured and everything is balanced over the ele and casters - it should be fixed and nerfed to bones or also melee/phys/stun should get it's + to all skills to allow this massive amount of + to skills
