If every duration skill needs Prolonged Duration, we just feel support gem starved.

Doesn't feel smart to do either. You just downscaled the duration to account for this scaling.

I propose removal of the support gem, as it's often uncontested and void of choice. Buff base duration a little to compensate somewhat.
