Can't believe how much this is flying under the radar tbh

It's not a bug. Every league GGG inserts one-two obviously broken mechanics to make people happy and incentivize playing the league. The thing obviously gets nerfed when merging to Standard. Do you imagine them missing such obvious interaction after designing the entirety of the game's complexity and previous league with EXACTLY the same interaction via Tecrod?
They've even adjusted numbers to account for mana regen that is easy to get from tree and gear, so final numbers are on par

I agree it's intentional. I bet they threw this in specifically to try to get people to start using indigon and just nerfed indigon a bit so that it wouldn't be too OP with it.

What are runic inscriptions? we have to use a curse?
