Blapshemy + Enfeeble not applied to targets

Since last patch -> Enfeeble from Blasphemy is not applied to nearby targets. Atleast I dont see the Enfeeble symbol on mobs. :/

Are your gems high enough level to apply to enemies of that level?

thanks for help... I tested it and it indeed seems to be the problem that my Blasphemy was too low level...

edit. Kinda mad tho that I have been able to get spirit gem 14 max so far and it doesnt apply to mobs. So basically loot isnt good enough to carry the setup; I have to use Currency Exchange to make it work :/
