Atziri's Boss Fight BUG

i did my first Atziri's boss fight and the boss perma fase and i couldn't kill her and know the room you need to go before the boss fight SIMPLY Vanished and now i can not progress and canot do another temple bq the room disappear HELP PLZ!!!
