No Heavy Attack Sound from Vaal Beacon Bosses

There seems to be a bug for bosses that spawn from Vaal Beacon's in maps where it doesn't make the standard sound and visual effect before a heavy attack or slam. I've noticed it several times now from different bosses. It really catches me off guard because I'm usually looking out for that or listening for it.
