Chronomancer - Sands of time bug PS5

you can't place skills on the Action bar because of sands of time!
it keeps "jumping" and you cant move the 'cursor' to other skills to put on the action bar.

Please fix!
Every item was hidden on the ground for some reason and i couldnt place the 'eye' on the action bar to toggle it on.. So there is a game breaking bug if people dont realize that
