Kelari, The Tainted Sands Command ability not recharging.

The cooldown for "Command: Kelari's Brutality" will not recharge when the skeleton minion reviving buff is active. It is almost like Kelari can die. The command ability cooldown starts to recharge again and be available once the skeletons revive.
