Vaal Temple Architect Room Access in Act2.

Due to the recent changes in the requirements to access the architects chamber (0.4.0c) it is now possible to access the architects chamber earlier then intended. I say earlier then intended, because I'm in act 2 and upon completing the room, I am able to summon Alva.
