Not generating any rage

I put rage III on cull the weak and it didn't do anything. So I looked for anything preventing me from generating rage but couldn't find anything.

So I put the rage III on spear stab and there it doesn't generate any rage either. Thank you for looking into this. I seem to not be the only one.

Same here. Using Rage III for "SpearField", which used to work in previous season. 0 rage generated.
