How Does Moment of Vulnerability Work?

So if an enemy is primed for Stun, does the skill remove the priming after cast or can you still stun normally as if the enemy is still primed during its duration? Thanks

the skill removes the prime

the visage gets affected by whatever the form of stun you used is as well

the problem with the skill is that investing into those effects reduces the window to use moment of vulnerability and the visage duration is absolutely awful

I believe it literally just lasts for as long as the duration of the stun itself meaning it just happens and ends within 1 or 2 seconds
