Lots of Lag and Frequent Disconnects

As of... today? I've been experiencing frequent lag spikes and disconnects. Sometimes this is accompanied by a notification about my GPU driver but that isn't new. I'm only in act three so this is pretty concerning given there isn't even a large number of enemies yet.
