prism of belief diamonds are bugged!

in poe2, when i add a prism of belief diamond ( frostbolt skills ) it addes the level to the skill but doesnt add the dps to the skill. iv tested it will everything from weapons with skill levels and the rune and they all add dps to the tool bar, last season it added dps to the tool bar
