Bugged Rare in Trial of the Ancestors

Encountered a Rare mob in the Trial of the Ancestors. Not sure what base mob it is, but it does a yell that gives it massive health regeneration, far beyond the damage I am capable of doing at this stage of the game. The health regeneration needs to seriously be toned down.

The Rare spawned as part of the "Kaom's Test of Mettle" step in the quest.

Tried the fight again, to see if I could get a different rare spawn. Same base mob type, same problem. Super over-tuned health regeneration. I cant get past that mob with my character unless I completely rework to a different build.

Please fix this immediately. Idk how yall keep messing up the numbers so bad but this is getting sad.
