Instance Crash on Keyboard/Mouse

Playing bear on titan with combination of skills like ferocius roar, rampage, lunar assault, maul, walking calamity etc.

With keyboard and mouse i get random instance crashes when building up my combos back to login screen. Sometimes direct at map start and sometimes mid map, but every map.
Map is gone after relogging.

Tried on two different setups. PC and Laptop with different hardware.

With controller this is not happening.
