Broken headhunter bug

After multiple aggravating deaths, I need to report this bug, it's driving me crazy

There's this green volcano abyss modifier you can steal with headhunter - however it spawns the volcano BELOW your character - it means your character gets functionally stuck inside a volcano and no way to get out until you unequip headhunter and wait for the volcano expires.

On top of that mobs outside the volcano can still attack you, but you cannot attack them. So you're just a sitting duck.

I lost track the amount of xp i lost because of this garbage bug, it's making me want to sell my headhunter and never look back!
