Keep disconnecting while playing

Recently I have a problem with keep disconnecting from game while playing. I did try verify game files, changed gateway from Singapore to Hong Kong, re-started my router and even reinstalled the game but still disconnected. Game will get freeze for few seconds then gone after 5-10 mins.
