Ancient Beacon caused character hard lock with dashing attack skill

When I killed the last enemy on top of an ancient beacon using the skill Cull the Weak, the skill's dash movement pushed me inside of the rising platform while the chest was rising out of the ground and entirely locked my character from being able to act or move or interact, forcing me to reset from checkpoint.

Update: 15 minutes after making this post I finished another Ancient Beacon while standing on top of it (to kill the last enemy with melee) and was hard locked once again even without using a dashing skill, making me lose access to both the Vaal Chest and also the Vaal Ruins portal on my level 9 alt
