Queen of the forest disables sprint movement speed boost

The new modifier on Queen of the forest is bugged and disables the movement speed boost that sprint gives despite it stating that it doesn't.
Tested it like this:
Sprint without qotf: +50% ms
Sprint with qotf: +0% ms (looks funny though)
