Map rerol after dead

Hi
After dead during boss-figth my map was rerol. It wasn't map with one entrance. I reaspawned on this map but was empty, zero monsters, zero loot. Stand only boss. I had have this crahes on two maps "Spider forest" and "Riverhold"
